He played for the Duke Blue Devils for three years and saw his team to the Final Four in 1986, 1988, and 1989. He graduated from Duke in 1989 and later received a J.D. from Duke Law School in 1995 and an M.B.A. from Duke's Fuqua School of Business in 1995. With a lackluster record at Missouri and several scandals, Snyder resigned on February 10, 2006.
