| Reginald Clinton Tongue (Born April 11, 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American football safety currently playing in the NFL for the Oakland Raiders. He played at Oregon State University in college, and was selected in the 2nd round (58th overall) in the 1996 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. He would play there for 4 seasons, until being picked up by the Seattle Seahawks for the 2000 season. He played for Seattle for another 4 seasons, until he went to go play for the New York Jets for the 2004 season. For the 2005 season he again switched teams to play for the Oakland Raiders, whom he currently plays for.
