Richard "Stubby" Clapp (born February 24, 1973 in Windsor, Ontario) is a Canadian baseball second base
man.

Clapp is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He plays for the Richmond Braves and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was part of Team Canada in the 2004 Summer Olympics who finished in fourth place.

He has been named to play for Canada at the World Baseball Classic.
