| Rodney Hampton (born 1969 - ) was a running back with an eight year career. He played from 1990 to 1997 with the New York Giants. His 6,897 career rushing yards stood as the most in Giants history until Tiki Barber surpassed that mark in the 2004 NFL season. He was named to the Pro Bowl team twice (1992 and 1993).
