| Scott Munter (born March 7, 1980 in Norfolk, Nebraska) is a relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who has played for the San Francisco Giants since 2005. He attended Butler County Community College in Kansas. Munter split the 2005 season between the Giants and their AAA affiliate, the Fresno Grizzlies. With the Giants, he posted a 2-0 record with a 2.56 ERA in 45 appearances, all of them in relief. Munter bats and throws right handed.
