Scott Otis was an American football quarterback.

Career

Scott Otis was born in 1974 in New Hampshire. He attended Alvirne High School in Hudson, New Hampshire and went to West Virginia University to play quarterback upon graduation. He was redshirted his freshman year and sat on the bench the next two seasons before transferring to Glenville State College in 1994. His first season at Glenville saw him throw 32 touchdown passes as he was named an NAIA All-American.

The 1995 season saw him throw 34 touchdowns and pass for 2877 yards as he won the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year Award. He graduated from Glenville in 1996 and finished with a 4th best 295.6 yards per game in Career Total Offense Per Game.

Otis was signed by the Baltimore Ravens in 1996 as an undrafted free agent. He did not play that season and was waived in 1997, thus ending his National Football League career.
