| Andrew Cecil "Scrappy" Moore (1903 - May 31, 1971) was head football coach of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1934 until his retirement in 1967. He had the longest tenure and the winningest record of any coach at Chattanooga. His nickname "Scrappy" is currently used as the name of the mascot of UTC.
