Sean Hill (born February 14, 1970 in Duluth, Minnesota) is a professional ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the Florida Panthers of the NHL.

Sean Hill joined the Panthers prior to the start of the 2005-06 season.

Hill was drafted in the 8th round, 167th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.
