| Stephen Anthony Abas (born January 12, 1978) is one of the most accomplished American wrestlers in history. He graduated from James Logan High School after four years as a star wrestler. Wrestling for California State University, Fresno from 1998-2002, he earned four All-American honors at the D1 NCAA wrestling championships, winning three times. His three titles came at the 125 pound weight class. He finished his college career with a 103-2 record and 46 pins. He is also a decorated freestyle wrestler; he has won two world freestyle championships and received a silver medal at the 2004 Olympic Games. At the 2004 D1 championships, he was named, along with fourteen other wrestlers, to the NCAA 75th Anniversary Wrestling Team.
