Steve Cardenas (born Stephen Antonio Cardenas on May 29, 1974) is an American actor and martial artist most noted for playing Rocky DeSantos in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series. He was born at Langley Air Force Base, in Virginia, USA. (Although he was raised in Texas)

Steve replaced Austin St. John as the Red Ranger in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series, and he later became the Blue Ranger for Power Rangers: Zeo.

Steve started training in martial arts when he was about 12 years old. He currently holds a 3rd degree black belt in karate.
