| Theodore Roosevelt "Ted" Lilly born (January 4, 1976 in Lomita, California), is a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who plays for the Toronto Blue Jays (since 2004). Previously, Lilly played with the Montreal Expos (1999), New York Yankees (2000-02) and Oakland Athletics (2002-03). He bats and throws left-handed. The 6'1" Lilly attended Yosemite High School in Oakhurst, California, and Fresno City College. His salary for the 2005 season: $3,100,000. In a six-season career, Lilly has compiled a 34-34 record with 543 strikeouts and a 4.49 ERA in 628 innings. He made the American League All-Star team in 2004 and twice led the league in shutouts (2002 and 2004).
