Thomas James Gugliotta (born December 19, 1969 near Huntington Station, New York) is a professional basketball player.

Gugliotta was drafted in 1992 in the first round and with the 6th pick by the Washington Bullets from North Carolina State. After 13 years in the NBA, he last played for the Atlanta Hawks, scoring 5.1 ppg, 4.1 reb/g and 1.4 ast/g. His best years were with the Minnesota Timberwolves, scoring 20.6 and 20.1 ppg in two years.
