| Thomas "Tommy" William Leach (November 4, 1877 - September 29, 1969) was a Major League Baseball player in the late 19th and early 20th century. Tommy is interesting because he played 19 big league seasons total and specifically, two years professionally in the late 1800s. Leach also participated in the first modern World Series in 1903 and he played with legendary players such as Honus Wagner, Dummy Hoy, Three Finger Brown, Frank Chance, Heinie Groh, Max Carey and Casey Stengel. Leach played professionally for the Louisville Colonels, Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds major league baseball teams.
