Willie Lloyd Anderson Jr. (born on January 8, 1967 in Greenville, South Carolina) is a former professional basketball player in the NBA, older brother of current Miami Heat member, Shandon Anderson, and father of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Lady Mocs player, Alex Anderson.

After attending the University of Georgia, he was selected by the San Antonio Spurs with the 10th pick of the 1988 NBA Draft. He played for the Spurs until the 1994-95 season when he was selected in the 1995 expansion draft by the Toronto Raptors. He also played for the New York Knicks and the Miami Heat for the next two seasons before retiring in 1997.

Awards

He was on the 1989 NBA All-Rookie Team. He won a bronze medal in the 1988 Summer Olympics, where he played alongside future NBA players Hersey Hawkins, Stacey Augmon, Dan Majerle, Mitch Richmond, Charles D. Smith, and future Spurs teammate, David Robinson.
