The Lincoln Cosmopolitan was a full-size sedan sold by Lincoln from 1949 to the early 1950s. The Comsoplitan featured 4-speed manual transmission and a 5.5 L V8 as well as an "areodynamic" hood ornament. Like the Continental of the 1960s, the Cosmopolitan featured suicide doors which opened form the B-pillar.
