The Alpha Labs are a research facility on Mars in the fictional Doom 3 universe. It is built in 2095 and divided into four sectors, each of which is further divided into zones:
- Sector 1 serves the administrative functions of the entire Delta Complex.
- Sector 2 South contains the Matter Transfer division focusing on human experimentation and other biological testing.
- Sector 2 North contains the Biological Research division, focusing on studying specimens from matter transfer tests.
- Sector 3 is the teleportation experimentation chamber.
- Sector 4 houses the main teleporter.
- Sector 5 houses the main elevator, vents, and other maintenance chambers.
