Ann Elaine Markley is an American fashion model and reality television star. She was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. Her modeling career began when she was a contestant on the third season of UPN's show America's Next Top Model. In the show, she was known as the athletic pretty girl who couldn't take a pretty picture, having taken only a few good photos. Her strengths were in the catwalk and presenting herself in go-sees. Before the show, Ann was a Pharmacy Technician who studied at Mercyhurst College. She was also an NCAA water polo player while at Mercyhurst. She was a tomboy, who had the dream of being a supermodel. Modeling Career
When the show ended, Ann continued to pursure a career in modeling. She was signed to Elite Model Management in L.A., NY, and Milan, and modeled in Europe and the U.S. Since the show, she's been one of the most successful contestants in modeling. She has modeled for Gioia Magazine, Glamour Italia Mgazine (May), GQ Magazine U.S. (October 2005, November 2005), Target, L'Oreal, Philadelphia Style Magazine, Dutch Cosmopolitan Magazine and Zink Magazine. Her magazine covers include Philadelphia Style Magazine, and Washington D.C. Style Magazine. Ann has also walked in runway shows in Europe and U.S. These include: ANTM Reunites on the Runway/Wal Mart Clothing 2005, Alice and Olivia Fall Collection 2006, and NY Fall 2005 Fashion Week: Kara Saun, Richard Tyler/Delta, Harmon, Marc Bouwer, Cynthia Rowley, Nicole Miller.
