Plot

After Carter passes out investigating an alien device on an alien planet, she begins to see a strange man who is invisible to everyone else. The man had ascended to a higher plan of existence, but gives this up to be with her. However, a problem arises.

The man (called Orlin), is from the planet with the device on. Orlin knows what the device can do, and tries, through Carter, to stop the SG team from turning it on. Eventually, he builds a Stargate and goes to stop it himself.
