- Animal Forest: One of the Famicom games you can collect and play in full is the original Clu Clu Land.
- Animal Crossing: There are two Famicom/NES Clu Clu Land games to find and play-the original Famicom/NES version, and the Famicom Disk System version, called Clu Clu Land: Welcome to New Cluclu Land, shortened to Clu Clu Land D in the menu of the English version as it's a Disk System game. Clu Clu Land D was never released in the west, but is unlockable in the US and Europe versions of Animal Crossing anyway.

- Daigassou! Band Brothers: One of the songs is the Famicom Mini Medley, which includes music from Clu Clu Land
Donkey Kong Series
- DK King of Swing: Complete the game and collect all of the medals to unlock Diddy Mode. Now complete the harder Diddy Mode, collecting all of the medals again. You will unlock a new character to play as in the Jungel Jam competitions: Bubbles from Clu Clu Land. A fitting tribute, as DK King of Swing has often been compared to Clu Clu Land since it was first shown.
