Criterion Games is a Guildford, England based Game Developer best known for its work on the Burnout series of video games and the RenderWare middleware graphics engine coded by Criterion Software. In August 2004 Electronic Arts announced they had acquired Criterion Games and Criterion Software for a rumoured 40 million Pounds.
