Don Medusas are an enemy featured in Eggerland series.

Don Medusas resemble a large, devil head. These are the most dangerous monsters in the game. Unlike other mobile monsters, Don Medusas only move back and forth either vertically or horizontally. Like Medusas, Don Medusas attack with a line of sight. Once Lolo is fully in the Don Medusa's line of sight, he will throw a sword at Lolo that cannot be avoided and is fatal. Don Medusas need to be blocked with something to avoid their attacks. Even with a carefully timed shot, Don Medusas cannot be put into eggs (except in the Microsoft Windows version). A Don Medusa's touch is also fatal.

The Don Medusa's graphic has changed a little over the years.
*It was originally a grey face.
*In Eggerland, the grey face got a pinkish glow to it.
*In the Nintendo games, the face became pink but was still drawn similarly
*In the Adventures of Lolo 2, the graphic was improved slightly
*In the Windows game, the graphic became red and angrier
Don Medusas always appear to be facing down, despite their movement direction.
In the Windows version of the game, Don Medusas have additional sprites to indicate which direction they are facing and moving.
