Ecruteak Dance Theatre

The Ecruteak Dance Theatre is home to five dancing kimono girls, each with one of the five Eevee evolutions. If you beat all of those trainers, a man with a dancing Rhydon in the audience will give you the HM, Surf.

Pokémon Gym

The leader of the Gym in Ecruteak City is Morty. He uses ghost type Pokémon. To reach Morty, one must zig-zag through an invisible floor puzzle. For beating Morty you get the TM for Shadow Ball, a ghost move.

Burned Tower

Burned Tower was once a monument to the legendary Ho-oh, but it burned down in a massive fire. The three survivors, Entei, Suicune and Raikou are petrified in the basement level. Enter the tower, and you will find your Rival looking for a challenge. Beat him, fall through a hole, and you will be in the basement. But to access the part with the Legendary Dogs, you must return with Rock Smash. This will open up the remnants of the first floor to you. There you'll find Hikers as well as holes to access the basement, mostly inhabited by Zubat. After you free the Dogs, they can be tracked using your Pokedex.

In the Pokémon Anime, Burned Tower is full of Ghost Pokémon belonging to the gym leader, Morty because he is in charge of taking care of that tower and has made it part of the pokémon gym.

Tin Tower

Tin Tower is the tallest building in Ecruteak City, and was built to replace the Brass Tower after you obtain the Rainbow Wing, Ho-oh will be at the top of the tower, waiting for you to catch it.

In Pokémon Crystal, Suicune will arrive here for you to catch at one point in the game.
