Edge is a character in Konami's role playing game Suikoden III. Edge's village was attacked by vampires and his older sister was taken away. Shortly after that Viktor and Flik arrived as they were investiagting rumors they had heard of the vampires attacking the village and went off to dispatch the vampires. Edge asked Viktor if he could tag along as he wanted to become an independent great swordsman so Viktor agreed and lent him the Star Dragon Sword. Together they defeated the hordes of vampires and Edge killed the Head vampire saving his sister. Upon hearing of the Harmonian Army invading Dunan, Viktor agreed to let Edge borrow the Star Dragon Sword for a bit longer (though this was probably due to Viktor and the Star Dragon Sword's inability to get on with each other) and they both left. A while later when the Second Fire Bringer War (when Suikoden III takes place) is happening Geddoe recruits him into the Fire Bringer's army in Le Buque. Edge thinks highly of Viktor and his carefree attitude, and tries to improve his skills to become like him.
