Lovrina is a Team Cipher admin from Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. She is about 19 years old, and has very long pink ponytails that go all the way down to her knees. She implores a white and black uniform similar to that of Jessie's in the anime. She is the younger sister of the Cipher Peon Naps, who has a Shadow Teddiursa. Like Venus, she is the only female admin in the ranks of Cipher, and uses cute Pokémon in battle. She has a very stroppy and teenage attitude like American teenage girls are portrayed in most films, saying phrases like "Looossser!" and "I'm ssoooo gonna beat you!". Fans speculate she is some sort of scientist, as she has the look of one and explains to the hero after their second battle that she has added the final touches to XD001 Lugia, making it impossible to purify.

Lovrina commands her brother, Naps, to capture Professor Krane and bring him to the Cipher Lab. Here, she interrogates Krane and tries to get him to help her in the Shadow Pokémon plan. Krane refused to help, so Lovrina got mad and stomped off, blaiming her brother for the professor's stubborn attitude. Later, after Michael saves Krane, Lovrina appears to confront him. The two battle and Lovrina loses her Shadow Delcatty and is forced to retreat. On Citadark Isle, Lovrina apologises to an angry Greevil for her failure and she modifies Lugia, so it cannot be purified. Lovrina confronts Michael again on the base's bottom floor and is defeated again, losing her remaining Shadow Pokémon. She flees and is battled again in the Orre Colosseum.
