Major Mucus is a fictional villain in the Earthworm Jim universe.

In the original Earthworm Jim, Major Mucus would fight Jim while they were both bungee jumping, ramming Jim into the wall in the attempt to snap his bungee rope or let Mucus Phlegm Brain eat Jim. It takes three rounds for Jim to defeat Major Mucus.

In Earthworm Jim 2, he is the boss of the level The Flyin' King where Jim would fly on his Pocket Rocket while guiding a hotair balloon through the level until at the very end where Jim would blow it up and Major Mucus falls in a bottomless pit.
