The Naxxramas Necropolis is the citadel of Kel'Thuzad, and an upcoming instance dungeon in World of WarCraft. It is believed that it will be released before the expansion, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade

Kel'Thuzad's personal citadel is a floating undead Necropolis that hovers above the undead city of Stratholme in the fallen kingdom of Lordaeron, in the northern region now known as the Eastern Plaguelands. From here Kel'Thuzad wages a war against the Scarlet Crusade, the Alliance, and the Horde. Currently Naxxramas is not visible as Blizzard designers intend it to be; when fully implemented Naxxramas will be visible from outside Stratholme as a gigantic, floating Necropolis. Eventually Naxxramas will be a 40-man raid dungeon supposedly harder than both Blackwing Lair and the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and the hardest planned dungeon until the expansion. Though subject to change, the raid zone is rumored to currently house 18 different bosses, assumedly including Kel'Thuzad himself, which is twice as many bosses as Molten Core.

Inside the Undead held part of Stratholme, just past Baron Rivendare's slaughterhouse, there is a gated Raid portal which could possibly lead to the Necropolis. This is very similar to the portals to Molten Core inside Blackrock Depths and to Blackwing Lair inside Upper Blackrock Spire, which most likely means that there will also be an attunement option similar to these two dungeons. Supposedly there will also be a massive world event when Naxxramas is launched which will most likely be similar to the Elemental Invasion events, but involving undead and on a much larger scale. If the rumors of Kel'Thuzad being the final boss of this dungeon are true, he may be one of the most difficult bosses in World of Warcraft due to his immense power.
