Papu Papu is a video game character in the Crash Bandicoot series. He appears as the first boss in Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bash, and one of the bosses in Crash Team Racing. He is perhaps the weakest boss of the entire Crash Bandicoot series.

Papu Papu is a traditional chief of a native tribe on N. Sanity Island. His former employer, Dr. Neo Cortex, soon abandoned him as a part of his team of henchmen, partly because after Dr. Cortex was defeated in the first game, Papu Papu sold his castle to a tourist group.

Papu returned briefly as an enemy racer and unlockable character in CTR before returning to his home and trying to sacrifice Cortex to the Totem God, in Crash Twinsanity.
