Privateer Press is a role-playing game and miniature wargame production and publishing studio. Founded in 2000 by Brian Snoddy, Matt Staroscik and Matt Wilson. The company is currently owned by Matt Wilson, Brian Snoddy, and Mike McVey.

Privateer Press is based in Seattle, Washington, where they have their headquarters and American distribution center/factory. They have also recently opened a factory in the United Kingdom to take the pressure off of the American factory to supply both North America and Europe.
