Profound Decisions is a professional UK LARP company, who have recently set up the Maelstrom campaign, widely regarded as an extremely mature and very professional system.

From the LARP theorist's point of view, it is possibly the best example of a player-led campaign system; certainly the largest example of such a system, running events for 800+ players.
