The main character's identity has not been officially released, but an article in the August 5, 2005 issue of Weekly Famitsu suggests the possibility of the protagonist being Chris Redfield by pointing out a resemblance, as well as hinting that the protagonist is a character the developers are "very fond of" (with most of the team having worked on the original Resident Evil, including Takeuchi himself). The September 2005 issue of Famitsu Xbox provided further hints of the game's character and plot. When asked whether Resident Evil 5 will provide a closure to the feud between Chris Redfield and Albert Wesker (as covered in Resident Evil Code: Veronica), Takeuchi commented that the production is in its early stages and many plot details are still in the air. WeaponsDetails are sketchy right now, but it is confirmed that a large knife will be the starter weapon. An IMI Desert Eagle handgun is seen wielded in the trailer. As before in Resident Evil 4, the enemies are now fast, making for a much less clichéd enemy.[ Visit the complete Wikipedia entry for Resident Evil 5 ] | Searches on eBayRelated searches on eBay |
