Ritual Entertainment is a computer game software developer established in 1996 and based in Dallas, Texas. It was formerly known as Hipnotic Interactive. At this moment in time two games are in development, SiN Episodes with the first episode, Emergence, set for release in April 2006, and an unnanounced project.

Members of the Ritual development team have contributed game assets to other titles such as 25 to Life and Alice, and are also the creators of "Ubertools" for the Quake 3 engine, which has been liscenced for a number of other games.
