Ron is an character in the King of Fighters video game series.

History

Ron is an member of the enigmatic Hizoku ninja clan with Lin. Being fierce rivals with him, the two battled on a constant basis, with the latter consistantly getting the upper hand. Sick of it, he finally joined with the NESTS cartel, offering to be one of their various test subjects in exchange for increased strength.

Proceeding the climax of the King of Fighters 2001 tournament, he engaged Lin. Confident in his abilities, the two clashed until Igniz's attempt to destroy the space station they were in. Ron escaped, and Lin has been seeking him since.

Trivia

Some time before his departure of the clan, Ron trained Duo Lon
. When this occurred has yet to be depicted in the series.
Ron managed to survive the downfall of NESTS in KOF 2001 along with Misty (Igniz' secretary and lover). He now seems to take some interest in the Dragon Power that Kensou and Bao share.
In the ending of the Psycho Soldier team of The King of Fighters XI, Ron appears once again, revealing his intention to seize the Dragon Power, but with a controversial twist: he now seems to be accompanied by his sworn enemy Lin along with his entourage. The reason behind this unlikely union has yet to be revealed.
