Sekiryo Kaneda (金田 積良 Kaneda Sekiryō, December 10, 1901 – February 2, 1979) (also known as Sekiryo Yamauchi (山内 積良 Yamauchi Sekiryō)) was the second president of what is now Nintendo Company Limited. He married the daughter of Fusajiro Yamauchi, Tei Yamauchi, and took the Yamauchi surname.BusinessWhen Sekiryo took over Nintendo, he was in charge of Japan's largest card maker. In 1933, Sekiryo established a joint-venture company, and renamed it Yamauchi Nintendo and Co. In 1947, he established a distribution company, Marufuku Company Limited.RetirementIn 1949, Sekiryo retired. Hiroshi Yamauchi took over.
