Sergeant Tan Hai Rho is a supporting character in Ground Control II: Operation Exodus. Not much information about him is present but he serves in Angelus' company and is a good friend to both Jacob Angelus and Alice Mcneal. He is one of two characters in Ground Control that is able to be controlled on the battlefield. His personality is friendly and sociable. Unlike Angelus who radiates seriousness, Rho seems to take life and the war like chocolate. Sergeant Tan Hai Rho is a master at surveillance, computer encryption, marksmanship, communications, and demolitions. As such he is an incredibly valuable asset to the NSA war effort and he currently serves in Captain Jacob Angelus' company. Both he and Angelus have proven themselves invincible when working together and thus a friendship grew between the two soldiers. When not in combat, Rho is sometimes known for collecting Arelian trading cards and often goes souvenir hunting in active battlefields, much to Angelus' objections.
