Plot

While scouting a planet by Jumper, Sheppard and his team discover two escape pods in orbit. After bringing them back to Atlantis they open them up to discover a Black Box like device that downloads the conciousness of the survivors into the minds of the person standing closest to the pod. However, the people who were kept in the pods are mortal enemies of each other, who take control of Dr. Weir and Sheppard, effectively disrupting all functions of Atlantis in an attempt to kill each other.
