Oneechanbara is a popular action game in D3's Simple 2000 series for the PlayStation 2. The series is described as sexy, stylish, and grotesque.

Gameplay

The gameplay is reminiscent of Koei's Dynasty Warriors series, but instead of a general vs an army, you controll a Japanese cowgirl in a bikini wearing a scarf and wielding a katana. And the army consists of zombies. The action is over-the-top gory, almost so it's comical when blood splatters on the screen.

Published by Tamsoft, the game has so far been as been updated with The Oneechanpuru, which had the popular D3 idol Riho Futaba teaming up with Aya; and a sequel called The Oneechanbara 2. Aya, the games main character, has also appeared in Simple 2000 vol.91 The All*Star Kakutou.
