- Abraham Flathead, a parody of Abraham Lincoln, was a noted statesman who once said, "A home that's cut in half usually falls over."
- Elvis Flathead, a parody of Elvis Presley, was a singer who sang "Love Is Blind," and "Hellhound," in the ninth century GUE.
- Ernie Flathead was a coal mine manager who lived during the reign of Duncanthrax the Insignificant and managed Coal Mine #502, near the Great Underground Highway #2, which was incorporated into Zork Zero.
- Fiorello Flathead was a corrupt brother of Mumberthrax who muscled Babe Flathead through his semi-legitimate victories. Later became a mayor somewhere.

Places
- Flatheadia, located in the Eastlands, was the capital of the Great Underground Empire from 770-883 GUE, bewtween the reign of Lord Dimwit Flathead the Excessive and the fall of the empire. It had been called Aragain while the Egreth, in the Westlands, was the capital. At one time, 90% of the Great Underground Empire's population lived in Flatheadia.
- Flathead Fjord is am ocean inlet which divides the great mountains of the Eastlands into the Gray Mountains (N) and the Flathead Mountains (S). Leonardo Flathead often painted it, notably in his unfinished "Obstructed View of Fjord."
- Flathead Mountains is a North-South mountain range in the Eastlands bordering Frigid River Valley on the East. The mountains can be seen in Zork I and the InvisiClues state that the only way to cross them is to play Zork II. On the Eastern side of the Flathead Mountians, Fenshire Swamp continues until the end of the world.
- The Flathead Ocean is the ocean between the Eastlands and the Westlands, called the Great Sea until it was renamed by Dimwit Flathead. It's eastern shore is underground as seen in Zork III.
- Flathead Stadium is a baseball stadium located north of Anthar seen in Zork Zero as the personal stadium of Babe Flathead. Babe would later die there in the shark-wrestling semi-finals.
