Viktor is a character in Konami's role playing game Genso Suikoden, Suikoden II, Suikogaiden Vol. 1. In Genso Suikoden Viktor is one of the original members of the Liberation Army. In Suikoden II Viktor and his best friend Flik lead a rebellion army at a Mercanary Fortress to battle Highland Army. When the Mercanary Fortress is burnt down Viktor, Flik and their newest recruit Riou escape and from there on the war escalates.
