The Wabbajack is a weapon from the computer game Daggerfall. Appearing to be a normal staff, it is perhaps the most interesting, and unique, weapon in Daggerfall. Hitting a creature will result in it randomly transforming into a different creature. The desired effect is usually to weaken your opponent. It also may do the opposite of the desired effect, changing the creature into a more powerful one. Multiple strikes will result in further transformations. It is also the title of a book in Daggerfall, which serves as a hint to finding the weapon. In earlier versions of the game, it could also cause errors, one of which would crash the game. The weapon reappears in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
