| A Touch of Zen (Hsia nu) is a 1969 kung fu film directed by King Hu, and made in Taiwan. The film involves a young man, Ku, and his attempt to protect a woman, Yang, from an imperial noble. The movie won siginificant critical acclaim and became the first Chinese action film ever to win a prize at the Cannes Film Festival.
