| Alfred Gough (born c.1968 in Leonardtown, Maryland) is an American screenwriter and producer. Alfred Gough III was born and raised in Leonardtown, graduating from St. Mary’s Ryken High School in 1985. With his writing partner Miles Millar, he wrote the Jackie Chan vehicles Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights. The pair have also worked on several superhero-themed projects. They created and produced the show Smallville on The WB Television Network, and contributed to the screenplays of Spider-Man 2 and the upcoming Iron Man movie.
