Arthur and the Minimoys is a part animated, part live action adaptation of the book by Luc Besson
who is directing the film himself. He hopes to release it at the Cannes Film Festival
in 2006 and to release it in theatres around Christmas.

Premise

10-year-old Arthur goes on a quest to find the treasure of the fabled Minimoys, fantastical beings living in harmony with nature, so he can save his grandfather's house from being demolished.
