Plot summary

A couple (Jeff & Amy) are moving to California and must drive across the country. When they find themselves with car trouble in the middle of the desert, with hardly anyone around — their trip comes to a halt.

Amy accepts a ride with a friendly trucker, to a small diner to call for help - but after a long time; Jeff gets worried. He discovers that no one in the diner, has seen his wife. When he catches up with the trucker who offered her the ride in the first place, the trucker swears that he has never seen her.

Now he must attempt to find his wife, who is been held at ransom — who can he trust?

    was helicoptered in and out of the areas of shooting so he could be with his family in Los Angeles at night.
