Graham and starred Charlayne Woodard (credited as Charlaine Woodard) as Cindy, Mae Mercer as the stepmother, Clifton Davis as Captain Joe Prince, and Nell Carter (credited as Nell-Ruth Carter) as Olive, one of the stepsisters.
