| Daggit is the name of a breed of robot dog owned by Boxey (Noah Hathaway) in the Pilot movie and the original TV series Battlestar Galactica. The actual name of Boxey's dog was Muffit (portrayed by Evie the Chimp), otherwise known as Muffit the Daggit. Canine-like animal used as a domesticated pet, watch animal, or tracker; none survived the Cylon holocaust.
