Fatal Fury: Legend Of The Hungry Wolf is an anime movie based on the Neo Geo SNK hit video game, Fatal Fury. The movie was character designed and directed by acclaimed director Masami Obari. The movie was distributed by Viz Media.

Story

The movie tells the story of young Terry and Andy Bogard who witnesses their father, Jeff Bogard, brutally murdered by the hands of Geese Howard. Years later they return to the town that they were born in, South Town, to meet up with their Master Tung Fu Rue. Unbeknownst to them, Master Tung intends to teach one of them the Hakkyokuseiken school's secret technique, The Hurricane Punch, "Senpuken". This technique may allow one of them the chance to defeat Geese, and finally avenge their father's murder

Along the way, Terry meets up with two other characters. One, Lily who was the Queen of South Town who is loved by the poor children who live in that town but was taken in by Geese Howard who used her to get involved with Terry's fathers murder. The other was Joe Higashi (english voiced by Jason Gray-Stanford of the TV Hit Show Monk), a Champion Thai kickboxer who is a long friend and rival of Andy Bogard who was in South Town to enter the King of Fighters Tournament.

After Terry meets up with Andy and Master Tung, Master Tung told them about a technique called the Hurricane Punch but he will only teach one of them the technique to one of them. So Terry decides that both him and Andy should enter the King of Fighters Tournament and should one of them be the victor, Master Tung will teach them that technique.

When Geese Howard found out about the brothers entering the tournament, he decides to set a trap for them. He planned to use Lily to deliver poison champagne to Terry before he starts his fight but she failed to do so because of her feelings towards Terry. And with that, he manages to end in a final fight showdown with his brother, Andy.

But as the fight started, Joe notices a man who was going to assassinate the brothers and ends up taking the bullet for them. With the help of Lily, They manage to escape the Tournament and for that, it cost her life and was killed by Geese Howard. Her life was not the only one at stake, for Master Tung was attacked by Billy Kane and was fighting for his life.

At the hospital where Master Tung was hospitalized and in a coma, Andy, angered by Master Tung's injuries goes off to take revenge against Geese Howard and Joe Higashi tagged along. Back at the hospital, Master Tung was able to escape his coma and teach Terry the secret technique, but after demonstrating it, Master Tung's life has ended.

Andy and Joe manages to get to Geese Howards Manor while taking the guards and battling Billy Kane and Raiden. After the success of their battle, Andy confronts Geese Howard but was not strong enough to defeat him. Later Terry comes by, seeing Andy defeated, he attacks Geese Howard. He uses his new technique, Senpuken, but barely had any effect on Geese Howard. He tries to absorb more energy and ends up with a new technique, The Hurricane Kick and defeats Geese Howard.

Later, Terry, Andy and Joe meet up at Jeff Bogard's grave, each of them were going their seperate ways.
