Feast is a motion picture that is a result of the third season Project Greenlight contest. Executive produced by Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Wes Craven and Chris Moore for Dimension Films, but was later taken to The Weinstein Company in their so called "divorce" from Miramax Films (which owns Dimension Films). The winning team was composed of writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton and director John Gulager.

Release

The film was scheduled for a wide theatrical release on January 20, 2006, however The Weinstein Company later pulled the release date and has to this date displayed no interest, or disinterest, in releasing it. The film did however premiere at the Chicago International Film Festival, the International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival, and the Savannah Film and Video Festival on various dates throughout October 2005.
