Femax is a planet in the fictional world of the Marvel Transformers comic book.

Femax is a somewhat Earth-like planet, inhabited by a species that is otherwise like humans, but much larger in size, about the same size as the Transformers. Like humans, Femaxians have two sexes, male and female. Technologically, Femax is roughly at the level of the Earth's Middle Ages.

Femax society is built around a strong gender distinction. The society is extremely feministic and matriarchal. Women rule the planet, and perform all political, scientific and military functions. Men, who are considerably less intelligent and less advanced than women, are used only for hard labour.

The Autobots Cloudburst and Landmine arrived on Femax after striking a deal with the Mecannibals that if they bring back supplies from Femax, the Mecannibals will let their friend Sky Lynx go. Upon arriving on Femax, Cloudburst and Landmine spotted the planet's men working on fields. When the Autobots found that the men were too stupid to react to their arrival, they headed for a mountain with a strong iron door set into its surface. They blasted open the door and went inside.

Inside the mountain, the Autobots found the women's own habitat, which was forbidden, and kept secret, from the men. The Autobots were captured and brought to the First One, the leader of the women, for judgement. The First One was impressed by the first two men who had penetrated the stronghold, so she set Cloudburst in gladiatorial games to prove his worth. Cloudburst succeeded, and the First One rewarded him with an intimate relationship.

However, when the nature of the relationship became clear to Cloudburst, he was forced to reveal that he was not an organic man but a Pretender. This made the First One furious, and she chopped off Cloudburst's head with her sword. Upon hearing of this, Landmine came to Cloudburst's rescue, and he made peace with the First One, and Cloudburst's head was reattached. The Autobots were able to safely return to meet with the Mecannibals.
