| Following is a 1998 crime film directed by Christopher Nolan about a young man who follows people he sees on the streets. One day he follows Cobb, a smartly dressed man carrying a bag, and soon he gets sucked into Cobb's world of burglary. The plot is shown non-linearly, a technique that Nolan would master with his next movie, Memento. Following was made on an extremely low budget, the principle actors had full time jobs and were only able to shoot on Saturdays. Nolan raised money at the Hong Kong film festival, where Following was shown, for his well known film Memento. Tagline: You're Never Alone.
