Getting Away with Murder: The JonBenet Ramsey Mystery is a docudrama television movie based on the murder of JonBenét Ramsey. The film was directed by Eric Lucas; JonBenét Ramsey was played by Julia Granstrom and Mackenzie Rosman. It screened on FOX on February 16, 2000.

The movie presented the case in a way that caused most watchers to believe the parents were responsible for the murder. In fact, there was evidence clearing the parents and by the time this entry wasmade, in 2006, the parents had been cleared by handwriting and by DNA - - - there was foregn DNA mixed with JonBenet's blood in her panties and it did not belong to anyone in her family.

The DNA profile is in the national databank - CODIS - - and some hope Patsy will be exposed when her DNA is found to match.
